You Have Lots of Free Email Choices
I received an email last last week from a user having some real difficulty resolving some issues with her Yahoo! Mail.
I worked with her back and forth via email (on her husband's Gmail account) for a while before we decided it was most certainly an issue with her account - a problem on "Yahoo!'s end," I told her.
She didn't like Gmail's interface and thought that her only choices for free email were with Yahoo! Mail and Gmail.
I was happy to tell her that she was very, very wrong.
There are many completely free, fully featured free email services out there today. Heinz Tschabitscher, the About.com Guide to Email, has a lenghty list of free email services, complete with reviews and tips to get you going fast:
